Hello everyone ! 🙋

The purpose of this post is to explain the changes that will occur during 2021 (for Chrome, it will be 12/31/2020) for all Flash Player users.
The old Dream' games (list below) require the Flash Player plugin to be played because they were developed with the ActionScript language.

For information, since the early 2000s and until 2016-2017, the VERY vast majority of games on the net were developed with this language. But following recurring security problems (nothing serious for games developed by companies like Dream' but more problematic if you download games or animations on untrustworthy signs) and, it must be said, under pressure from Google and Apple to kill this plugin which directly competed with applications in their store (App Store and Google Play), Adobe (the developer of this plugin) was forced to gradually announce its end.

This change was like a thunderclap 😠😠 for many game developers (remember account in 2013 nearly 70% of web games were developed in Flash and 25% of web sites were using Flash in 2011!) 😲.

To return to the Dream' sites, here is the complete list of the games concerned:

For now, you will still be able to access these games on Firefox, Edge, and Opera after 12/31/2020. I think there will always be alternatives to allow you to Play these games but with some manipulations that I will explain to you in a future post.
On the other hand, all our new games (games based on HTML5) do not require the use of Flash Player so these games will work normally for life :)
