I made a mistake with the wrong section, so I'm taking my message here again.
Yesterday I bought 65 credits for 15 €. Due to time constraints I used two or three of them, so there were 62 or 63 left. This morning to celebrate Friday 13th, my counter is at 0.
If someone can give me an explanation? Thank you in advance.

Credits have no expiry date. In your history you can see your purchases and uses; ,Contact customer service who will credit them back to you
