it's my 10th day of dreamcard money and I was able to exchange my first four gifts in madpoints, but recently I can't even do it anymore once validated, there's a message saying there's no gift to exchange and yet this is not the case in reality.
Has this ever happened to you?

To obtain the Silver DreamCard, you must have acquired at least 300 Credits. As long as you do not have it, any gift you win (tombola or other) will be sent to you.

However, the gift exchange is only possible when you have the Silver DreamCard.
