No response from the web to my proposal!! The same is true for my request for an info section reserved for the web. New question: when will you allow points to be converted into credits.

It's the 23rd and I still have 2 tickets open on November 12th, so I'm still very late. It's annoying since the new version of the site I lost my status as a platinum VIP, so no more access to VIP games, no more possibility to convert my gifts to MP. I hope it will be resolved quickly, I have gifts that I can't convert.
