In my opinion it's just a bug.

(oo) I am more than perplexed because when I identify myself on the site, I have my 15 daily games, but when I choose a game, I am told that I have exhausted all my games. I really have a hard time understanding. It's not about the fact that I might have played late last night and used my games today because I haven't logged in for 2 or 3 days.
