if your points are not credited to you again contact customer service it is because I did when it happened to me and I was refunded the next day at the latest! 😉

normally your raffle tickets are not carried over to the next draw they are refunded to you, if you have not won they are credited back to you on the night of the draw around 2am look in your account on the history if you have many you can do as I do the notes by draw date ex: 04-11
-32377pt : set of....: 1 ticket

I have the same problem, some of my MadPoints (for now half) are not refunded after the raffle, when it is clearly that they are all refunded.

Does anyone have any information?
