maybe it is only one credit offered, I don't know but in case of an incident with the credits it is enough to make a request to the madwin customer service, specifying well the number that it has been assigned to you by phone, always important to the noter🙋

Hello,

I bought 6 credits by phone...I have been credited with the 6 credits, but there is a credit bought = a credit offered...so I should have 12...?????:-(
